On 23rd September 2022, Hays were crowned winners of The Nétive Best Use Of Technology Award 2022 by TALiNT Partners.

The TIARA Talent Solutions awards puts a spotlight on the RPO, MSP and Talent Solutions providers enabling excellence in talent acquisition and highlighting the important role they play in improving employers’ recruitment and productivity.

Using technology to enable careers in the curriculum and help clients improve the career aspirations of young people has been a rewarding experience. We consider it our responsibility to use our platform and expertise to do the right thing and increase the lever of attainment in as many young individuals as we can.

We were praised by the judges for clearly outlining the issue we are tackling with Inspire. They were impressed by the way we have deployed technology to tackle the gap between education and careers and the data points we used to back everything up.

There are so many individuals to recognise for Inspire, our commitment to Early Careers and supporting education as a sector, Paul Matthias, Maya Birch, Jen Schneider and Lynn Harris.

We were also named finalists in two additional categories at this year´s TIARA Talent Solutions European Awards including: The Long-Term Partnership Award and The Environmental, Social And Governance Award in which we were highly commended.
