Matthew Dickason – CEO, Enterprise Solutions
Matthew joined Hays in the UK in 2002, initially working as a Consultant in Hays Taxation in London before moving to Enterprise Solutions where he was responsible for designing, presenting and negotiating RPO and managed service solutions. Having structured solutions across multiple industry sectors with both onsite and offsite models, Matthew relocated to Australia in 2009 where he was responsible for Hays managed service business across APAC.
Matthew subsequently moved back to London to take on the role of Global Managing Director for Enterprise Solutions. Matthew was then invited to join the Management Board of Hays PLC in addition to his role as Global Managing Director, and now fulfills these duties by splitting his time between Sydney and London.
Most recently in 2022 he embarked on the most exciting chapter so far, taking on the role as CEO for Enterprise Solutions.
Elly Boggis – Global Service Assurance, People and Culture Director, Enterprise Solutions
Joining Hays in 2005 as an onsite Consultant for one of Hays’ local government accounts, Elly progressed her career to manage key accounts in the UK, including clients in the Financial, IT and Public Sectors, before taking the opportunity to move to Sydney, Australia in 2012.
Elly worked across Australia and New Zealand, and was responsible for the successful delivery of Hays’ accounts and the governance and compliance function as well as the project management of the implementation of expanded services to numerous clients.
Elly transferred back to the UK in 2014 where she is now responsible for ensuring we have the correct tools and processes in place Globally to support ongoing governance and mitigate risk in the delivery of our services to both our client’s and candidates.
Nicky Leavy – Service Transformation Director, Enterprise Solutions
Nicky joined Hays in 2005 on a graduate trainee programme. As part of the Hays Centre of Excellence, just outside of West London, Nicky’s first job saw her placing and managing IT contractors for major Hays IT clients. Realising a passionate for service delivery, after just six months Nicky was offered a junior account manager role on one of our client contracts.
Fast forward 13 years, and Nicky’s job sees her travelling around the world, working with our local Hays teams and clients to ensure we deliver exceptional service as part of our Global Service Delivery and Operational Excellence team.
Over the course of her time at Hays Nicky has lived in five different countries and gained experience by working across 15 countries from Ireland to New Zealand.
