Throughout this time she has established herself as a trusted recruitment professional with expert knowledge of MSP, RPO, Operations Management, Stakeholder Management and recruiting.
Deirdre is responsible for the successful delivery of our portfolio of talent solutions while managing the relationship with our clients’ key stakeholders. Within Hays Talent Solutions Ireland, she leads a talented team of experts, both on and off site, to manage largescale accounts dealing with a range of hiring options including permanent, temporary, early in career, experienced, niche and volume. Our strong relationship with our clients is central to our success and Deirdre has vast experience delivering campaigns, strategic reviews, brand and market analysis, across master and neutral vendor solutions.
