15 minutes – This video highlights the important role a leader plays in the success of a virtual team. The importance of clear communication and the benefits and challenges of working in virtual teams.
 

What are the different types of collaboration?

15 minutes – This module outlines what successful collaboration looks like, the reasons for collaboration, the different types of collaboration and how you get to that end goal.
 

How can you support lone workers?

20 minutes – An essential training as part of all workplace risk management training for leaders in your organisation. This is vital for those managing someone is required to work in isolation from others or without direct supervision.
 

How can you be an effective member of the team?

18 minutes – This will be covered in this module, develop the skills you need to be an effective member of your virtual team.
